ABOUT
Patrick’s creative and design work span across a variety of creative disciplines. He is currently an Art Director at Dunn & Company who has spent the last 10 years putting pixel(or pencil)-to-paper for clients such as Tim Hortons, Burger King, Baxter International, and the Tampa Bay Lightning in freelance, and agency settings.
I believe that knowing when to follow design rules, and when to break them determines a strong designer, director, copywriter, whoever - and that’s where true creativity stem from.

ACCLAIM
“Patrick is extremely talented and dedicated, I’m consistently impressed by the quality of his work and the effort he puts into everything he takes on. He has a great attitude, is willing to jump in and help wherever needed, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. He is also very receptive to feedback and always looks for ways to improve.
Beyond his individual work, Patrick is just a great person to work with. He contributes positively to the team and culture. He brings good attitude to projects and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with him.”
Patrick does a great job of building up the people around him and giving kudos where they are due across every team. Whether we’re in a kickoff, a creative review, or he is building out assets based on someone else’s original design, he is quick to recognize others’ contributions and give them credit. He is genuinely a champion of the team, and a great person to work alongside.
“Patrick’s incredible work ethic and positive attitude are his strongest qualities. He is the definition of a team player and is a vital part of our agency culture. He is always willing to dive in to the latest assignment and brings a high level of creative commitment and effort to everything he does.
Patrick’s craft and attention to detail are consistently strong - I trust him to catch the changes and nuances pieces need. He’s especially good at building and maintaining design systems, so brand consistency holds up across a high volume of assets.”
“Patrick is great at thinking outside the box. He consistently comes to the table with ideas and makes an effort to bring solutions when challenges arise. I also really appreciate his professional yet approachable personality. Even when I know he has a lot on his plat, he remains responsive and easy to work with. I enjoy collaborating with Patrick and know I can count on him to be helpful and engaged when needed.”
“Patrick is an amazingly talented and hardworking designer, but some of the qualities that make him really shine and stand out are his adaptability, willingness to collaborate, and client-side-manner. When I say adaptability, am referencing multiple aspects, the first of which is being able to take difficult and sometimes paradoxical client feedback and create something that the client loves but also lives up to our elevated design standards. The other facet of adaptability he possesses is being able to jump across different clients/ verticals, and make amazing work for each, the latest lightning look and the new design styles for (client) come to mind, both of which the respective clients and our internal teams were all blown away by.
His willingness to collaborate is unrivaled, as he is always ready to jump in to support in any way that's needed, quick to find solutions to (mainly client created) obstacles and with his amicable demeanor he makes working with him not only pleasant but also fluid and efficient.
The last element that I want to highlight, is his impeccable client-side-manner, which I coined as a term that describes someone's ability to interact with our clients in a way that assures them of our expertise and simultaneously reinforces the relationship and builds deeper trust in the agency. Patrick is so good at this that some of my clients casually mention him by name assuring me that "Patrick will know how to handle it." I am almost envious of how good he is with our client's and / am always relieved to have him present creative to even the highest level of client contacts.”
