PREFACE:
The learning and Development team, internally approached us asking for a kit-of-parts system with a new look and feel.
Brendan and Chad wanted a new system that brought and new, refreshing, and energetic feeling to learning. Focusing on the three pillars (Formal, Social, and Experiential)we wanted to show that learning can again, indeed be fun.
APPROACH:Taking a modern approach to learning should be followed with a contemporary feel creatively. As we went to the drawing board, we found a color system stemming from the RBI identity to tie it back to its roots, and let the rest of the tree grow. Using those bright colors and interesting angles, it made people want to find out more about the L&D branch of RBI.
